AGAT Laboratories is actively seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist for our Calgary, AB location. In this role, you will serve as the primary HR contact, guiding employees and management in both English and French.

As a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist, you will support HR functions ensuring compliance with provincial and federal legislation. You will assist in various areas, such as recruitment, policy guidance, and HR analytics. Your ability to build trust will be essential in handling employee relations and providing consultative support to management.

Requirements:
• Relevant education in Human Resources
