In this full time position, you will be instrumental in the OEM-certified collision center, employing your strong technical knowledge and customer service skills. Collaborate effectively with technicians, insurance partners, and the parts department to ensure all repairs meet OEM standards and timelines, while positively impacting customers’ experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect vehicles thoroughly to assess damage accurately
• Generate detailed repair estimates with approved software
• Verify compliance with OEM repair plans and requirements




• Maintain clear communication regarding repair progress
• Work with the parts department to ensure timely delivery

Requirements:
• Collision estimator experience or related auto service role
• Strong understanding of OEM procedures and repair processes
• Proficiency in estimating software (CCC, Mitchell, Audatex)
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
