Key Responsibilities:
• Provide holistic primary healthcare services

Requirements:
• Independent practice license with CPSO
• Certification in Family Medicine is an asset
• Commitment to equitable healthcare practices
• Experience in primary care or community health
• Updated Vulnerable Sector Police Check
