Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee PSW orientation and ongoing mentorship
• Conduct audits on resident care compliance
• Facilitate PSW meetings to improve communication
• Assist with resident admission processes
• Provide direct care for daily living needs as necessary

Requirements:
• Certificate as a Personal Support Worker
• Minimum of three years in long-term care
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office technology
• Teamwork and independent working skills
• Updated Criminal Records Check and TB test
