This full-time role serves as the Foundation's stewardship expert, reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications. You will establish and implement a robust stewardship strategy while fostering relationships across departments. This position emphasizes creativity and collaboration to improve donor satisfaction and retention with personalized engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a foundation-wide stewardship strategy
• Manage donor recognition and acknowledgment programs
• Craft customized impact reports demonstrating donor outcomes




• Strengthen connections through personalized engagement opportunities
• Collaborate with various departments for effective communication

Requirements:
• 7–10 years in fundraising and donor relations
• Experience with donor stewardship and engagement
• Knowledge of healthcare philanthropy is an asset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Raiser's Edge NXT or similar systems
