In our role, you will respond to crises and assist employees in navigating post-trauma situations. Working alongside the Trauma Coordinator, your mission is to offer timely and effective support where it's needed most. This adaptable on-call role requires keen knowledge of psychological care and crisis management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to acute trauma and PTSD situations promptly
• Communicate intervention outcomes to the Trauma Coordinator
• Facilitate group interventions for affected employees
• Document and summarize clinical interventions performed
• Support managers in guiding staff during crises
Requirements:
• Degree in a relevant helping profession
• Active practice license and appropriate liability insurance
• Proven experience in crisis and emergency management
• Availability for interventions primarily during weekdays
• Reliable transport for attending incidents
