Knix is hiring a Part‑Time Key Lead for the Mapleview Centre opening in June 2026. You will lead the customer experience from greeting to purchase, coach and mentor associates, and drive sales and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities
Create a comfortable and uplifting end‑to‑end experience for all customers
Plan and execute store events to build community and drive sales
Actively listen to customer preferences and recommend products they will love
Lead product fittings to ensure customers purchase the correct size first time
Stay knowledgeable on our growing product assortment – and wear it, too
Coach and develop sales associates, promoting a positive and fun working setting
Participate in staff training,



general operational needs (ordering supplies), and shop events
Ensure all products are merchandised effectively to reflect our brand and drive sales

Qualifications
2+ years’ experience in retail and/or customer service
Previous experience in a lead or senior role preferred
Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
Warm demeanor with a “get it done” approach
Resourceful, with a keen ability to resolve customer issues
Affinity for our product line and belief in the Knix mission

Eligibility Requirements
Must have legal work authorization in Canada and be 18 years of age or older
Ability to lift and handle packages up to 25 lbs
Ability to move efficiently through the store for long periods of time during an entire shift

Hourly Salary

$22.70 per hour
