• Maintain high activity in repairs and inspections

Requirements:
• 2+ years maintenance experience in residential or facilities
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

• Highly organized with effective time management
• Must possess a valid Class 5 Driver's License
