The role calls for an individual with 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing workplace. As an Extruding Supervisor, you'll manage production staff, prepare reports, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Training workers in safety and operational efficiency is also an essential aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily activities of production workers
• Organize and coordinate work schedules
• Develop production reports and documentation
• Train employees on safety and operational procedures
• Set up and maintain machinery and equipment

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 2 to 3 years in a supervisory capacity
• Knowledge of plastics processing equipment
• Ability to use MS Windows software
