Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and refine NPI strategies via Monday.com
• Collaborate with teams to ensure business alignment
• Mentor and educate on NPI processes and tools
• Update and maintain NPI documentation regularly
• Provide progress updates to leadership

Requirements:
• 4+ years of technical design experience
• 5+ years in project management roles
• 4+ years in a manufacturing background
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile software development preferred
