GYMVMT in Alberta invites applications for an Assistant Manager role to lead daily operations, drive member engagement, and support store leadership across Calgary and Edmonton.
You will supervise staff, schedule shifts (9–10 AM starts, evenings and weekends), coach and develop team members, and ensure outstanding guest experiences while hitting monthly KPIs and preserving a welcoming, inclusive fitness setting.
