This role is tailored for individuals with a strong foundation in communication, organization, and a background in pipeline construction or similar sectors. You will oversee participant logistics, ensuring they have the necessary training and equipment. Building strong relations with Indigenous communities and facilitating effective project communication will be key aspects of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and support activities for ICPP Participants
• Manage all aspects of participant engagement in office
• Coordinate safety training, PPE distribution, and onboarding
• Advocate for participants' concerns with project teams
• Track project updates and reporting for internal reviews
Requirements:
• At least five years of industry experience preferred
• Proven team player in cross-functional environments
• Strong administrative and technical abilities required
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity essential
• Maintenance of a valid driver's license is mandatory
