Develop and update critical baselines while ensuring compliance with project and procurement standards, thus enabling better management and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage Performance Measurement Baselines
• Establish Cost Accounts and monitor milestones
• Analyze costs and schedules regularly
• Identify potential issues and propose solutions
• Support cost estimation for projects

Requirements:
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or relevant field
• 2+ years of experience in planning or scheduling
• Proficient in Earned Value Management methodologies
• Experience with scheduling tools like Microsoft Project
• Security clearance required for the role
