In this position, you will oversee tax compliance and support tax provisions, ensuring alignment with all regulations and standards. Your role will contribute to analyzing legislation changes and documenting technical positions, providing a well-rounded perspective to tax planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage U.S. federal and state/local tax compliance
• Assist in quarterly and annual tax provision preparations
• Research and analyze complex tax issues
• Reconcile tax-related balance sheet accounts
• Gather data for U.S. intercompany transactions
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 5–8 years of progressive U.S. tax experience
• Robust understanding of corporate income tax principles
• Experience in M&A; due diligence is a plus
• Familiar with the pharmaceutical industry preferred
