Reporting to the Regional General Manager: Operations & Strategic Projects, this role focuses on preventing equipment failures through effective maintenance strategies. You'll coordinate maintenance activities across several properties in Alberta, collaborating with various teams while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee building systems' safety and reliability
• Prioritize and manage maintenance work orders efficiently
• Conduct inspections and execute general repairs
• Assist with event setups and seasonal maintenance
• Maintain accurate CMMS documentation and asset records
Requirements:
• Three years of experience in building maintenance
• Proficient in diagnosing HVAC and plumbing concerns
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence and clean driving record
• Ability to respond to emergencies outside regular hours
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
