We are looking for an experienced Groundman to support gravel crushing and screening tasks. This role involves hands-on work with maintenance and operation of heavy equipment while overseeing ground-level activities. You'll also be responsible for logging daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow in potentially stressful situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain equipment at gravel crushing sites
• Supervise daily activities and ground operations
• Keep accurate logs and paperwork of daily tasks
• Diagnose and repair crushing machinery effectively
• Work with skid steer and related heavy machinery
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in gravel crushing or screening roles
• Mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment needed
• Solid verbal communication skills required
• Capacity to work long hours in varying locations
• Must be physically able to lift 50lbs
