Lead grant development and community engagement at JSABC as the Development & Community Coordinator. Manage the entire grant lifecycle while fortifying community connections and fundraising efforts.

In this role, you'll report to the Executive Director and collaborate with both the Executive Administration Manager and the Program Development Consultant. You will own proposal writing, donor recognition, and volunteer management while ensuring compliance with grant regulations. Strong relationship-building and multitasking skills will be paramount in this energetic nonprofit environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the grant lifecycle from prospecting to reporting
• Oversee donor recognition and engagement activities
• Support community fundraising and volunteer coordination




• Establish strategic partnerships to enhance funding opportunities
• Ensure compliance during grant submissions and reporting

Requirements:
• Proven relationship-building and writing capabilities
• Comfortable representing JSABC to external audiences
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience in a nonprofit setting
• Familiarity with grant compliance and reporting structures
