In this full-time role, you'll apply your NSWOC skills and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. By providing comprehensive assessments and interventions for wound management, you will help achieve optimal patient outcomes. Support and equipment, including an iPad for assessments, are provided by CarePartners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and manage complex wound and ostomy cases
• Lead patient education for self-management strategies
• Utilize evidence-based practices in wound care
• Collaborate on care plans with the nursing team
• Maintain patient safety by following care standards

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with CNO and NSWOC certification
• Several years of experience managing wounds
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• CPR certification and current immunization records
• A transparent background check required for patient safety
