As a leader at Miller Waste Systems, you will take charge of the Ottawa West shop's equipment management. Your role involves ensuring that all equipment is well-maintained, safety protocols are upheld, and that the equipment team is effectively mentored. This position requires a strong commitment to collaboration and operational excellence across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure cost-effective equipment operation while maintaining safety
• Conduct safety training and mentoring for team members
• Assist with budgeting and monthly cost analysis




• Supervise maintenance and repairs, including HVAC
• Manage external repair shop compliance with policies

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of managerial experience
• Minimum ‘G’ Driver’s Licence; 310T Truck & Coach license preferred
• Positive knowledge of asset management systems
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
• Ability to travel to multiple facilities as needed
