Key Responsibilities:
• Support maintenance of building systems and equipment
• Enforce safety procedures during maintenance tasks
• Develop knowledge of construction and renovation standards
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety codes
• Drive a designated vehicle for maintenance tasks

Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid Red Seal Journeyperson Certificate in relevant trade
• At least three years in facility maintenance
• Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety Standards
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License required
