Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily management of the Health Clinic
• Develop and oversee staff schedules with Program Managers




• Ensure communication with the Management Team on staffing needs
• Address community recommendations in health services
• Support operational planning with Lac La Ronge Indian Band

Requirements:
• Diploma in Administration or Health-related field
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Experience with First Nations communities is a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
• Must hold a valid driver's license and be willing to travel
