You will manage employer outreach activities while monitoring job placements and developing training plans to ensure success for program participants. As part of a team-oriented team, your role includes organizing job fairs and providing employment counseling that reflects the diverse backgrounds of clients. Your experience will be pivotal in shaping a more inclusive labor market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement marketing strategies targeting employers
• Create and monitor job placements for clients
• Organize job fairs and networking events
• Provide individualized employment counseling
• Collaborate with community partners and ACCES staff
Requirements:
• Degree in Business or related field
• Minimum 3 years in job development or recruitment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce and employment barriers
• Flexibility for occasional evening/weekend work
