In this role as Director, you will coordinate the management of crucial deliverables for Private Equity fund clients, working on valuations, financial statements, and capital events. You will engage with various internal functions to ensure all client expectations are met consistently. Strong leadership is essential as you mentor staff and guide them through complex reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee client deliverables for Private Equity clients
• Ensure compliance with control frameworks and policies
• Lead ad hoc client projects and internal initiatives




• Stay updated on industry best practices
• Review fund agreements impacting reporting deliverables

Requirements:
• Accounting qualification (CA or CPA) with 8+ years of experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of Private Equity fund structures
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or MBA
• Solid communication and client service abilities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
