Reporting directly to the Process Plant Supervisor, you’ll work a 14-day on/off schedule and focus on maximizing throughput while adhering to rigorous safety protocols. Your role involves operating specialized equipment and monitoring systems to ensure everything runs smoothly. A proactive approach to addressing any issues is essential for maintaining productivity and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor crushers and conveyors
• Inspect plant equipment to prevent malfunctions
• Document process conditions and deviations




• Maintain detailed operational logs and reports
• Coordinate personnel movement within the plant

Requirements:
• Experience operating small mobile equipment
• Exceptional communication abilities
• Proven track record in safety and environmental compliance
• Preference to local First Nations candidates if applicable
• Flexibility to work in a 14-day rotation
