Your role as an LRV Supervisor will involve supervising maintenance teams and contractors, ensuring safety compliance, and addressing maintenance priorities to ensure train availability. You'll work closely with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and implement emergency protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise maintenance teams ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Participate in staff selection and training processes
• Monitor LRT asset performance and provide necessary reports
• Develop effective emergency and contingency plans
• Liaise with stakeholders to enhance maintenance strategies
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Maintenance or relevant field
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license
• Proficiency in communicating technical details
• Knowledge of Maximo and Agility is beneficial
