Join as a Test Technician focused on new product launches, ensuring reliable manufacturing and operational excellence. Collaborate with diverse teams to enhance everyday processes.

This role requires close cooperation with Engineering and Production teams, providing support for product designs transitioning to manufacturing. You'll refine production procedures while working on inspections, change orders, and diagnosing assembly issues. Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles is critical for success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the introduction of recent product designs
• Refine production processes for efficiency
• Perform first article inspections and report findings
• Coordinate Engineering Change Orders as needed
• Diagnose and resolve component or assembly issues

Requirements:
• Electronics/Electrical Technology Degree/Diploma
• At least 1 year of relevant industry experience
• Strong knowledge of production documentation
• Familiar with ESD control and electrical components
• Experience with LabView is an asset
