• Deliver comprehensive care across hemodialysis units

• Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly

Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in related fields
• BCLS/HCP certification
• Experience in hemodialysis is advantageous
• Commitment to continuous learning and quality improvement
