In this full-time position, you will oversee the rental processes, ensuring proper trailers and containers reach customers timely. With real autonomy in your role, you will directly contribute to our growth and success. Building robust customer relationships will be at the forefront of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full rental experience from inquiry to return
• Work alongside the General Manager on pricing strategies
• Listen to customer needs and recommend ideal solutions
• Coordinate driver scheduling for timely deliveries
• Perform inspections and maintain precise records

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with customers
• Strong detail orientation and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
