Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute an active recruitment plan

Requirements:
• Diploma in a related field, degree preferred
• Proven coaching experience at collegiate or qualified level
• Valid driver’s license required
• NCCP High Performance coaching certification essential
• Strong physical stamina for training participation
