WINS is seeking a Development Officer to expand our fundraising efforts and enhance community engagement. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of donors including individuals and corporations, focusing on major gifts from $10,000 to $250,000. You will create tailored engagement strategies and build meaningful relationships to ensure donors feel valued and connected.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage a diversified donor portfolio
• Write compelling proposals, impact reports, and letters of intent
• Cultivate major donor relationships through personal touchpoints




• Track donor interactions accurately in CRM systems
• Provide training and orientation to volunteers about donor engagement strategies

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum three years in successful fundraising roles
• Robust relationship-building and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving mindset
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required
