In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in resolving Help Desk inquiries and ensuring seamless IT operations. Your expertise in systems setup and integration, alongside experience with platforms like Microsoft 365, will shape our technology landscape and improve user experiences throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Address Help Desk tickets to maintain IT performance
• Set up new hires and manage system changes
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical errors and issues
• Administer cloud services,



including Microsoft 365
• Support deployment of current IT systems and hardware

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT or support roles
• Proficiency with Azure AD and Linux systems
• Knowledge of VMware and database management
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
