EBC is looking for an experienced Survey Lead specializing in tunneling and underground infrastructure. This leadership role focuses on exact survey planning and execution to support major projects.

In this position, you'll direct survey operations for the Stanley Park initiative, ensuring integration and compliance with engineering and construction workflows. A minimum of 15 years in surveying, coupled with team leadership and a deep understanding of civil construction, are imperative for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all survey planning and implementation
• Manage survey department’s resources and assignments
• Provide technical oversight and mentorship to teams
• Maintain QA systems and digital record-keeping
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams

Requirements:
• Education in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field
• 15+ years of surveying, with 5 in heavy construction
• Proficiency in advanced survey tools and software
• Proven leadership in complex projects
• Valid driver’s license required
