Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze asset management and demographic data
• Develop sustainable growth strategies and guidelines

• Prepare detailed planning reports and recommendations

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Planning or similar
• Experience in campus or institutional planning
• GIS proficiency, especially with ArcGIS
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
