This full-time, permanent position will have you leading the real estate program and guiding negotiations with various stakeholders, including developers and municipalities. By leveraging your expertise, you’ll significantly contribute to the conservation and growth of CVC’s lands while fostering cooperative partnerships that advance environmental goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead land acquisition strategies aligned with conservation goals
• Manage negotiations and due diligence for real estate transactions
• Develop property-related agreements, including easements and leases
• Review and oversee land use proposals affecting CVC properties
• Supervise, mentor, and coordinate with professional staff
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Environmental Planning or related field
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in land acquisition
• Strong negotiation skills with legal document management
• Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships
• Valid Class G driver’s license
