Key Responsibilities:
• Develop care plans with personalized goals
• Conduct training sessions for staff development
• Ensure adherence to safety and risk management guidelines
• Review documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Manage performance of staff in a supportive manner

Requirements:
• Diploma in related field; Bachelor’s ideal
• Minimum three years experience in human services
• At least one year in a leadership capacity
• Class 5 Drivers License is mandatory
• Explicit employment Criminal Record Check
