This role requires a minimum of 10 years in estimating or quantity surveying, leveraging your knowledge of construction principles and local building codes. Strong leadership and communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop elemental and trade budgets for construction
• Continuously update estimating cost data for accuracy
• Maintain monthly construction and labour schedules
• Prepare budgets and conduct reviews with multiple departments
• Upgrade Job Cost Excel programs for improved efficiency

Requirements:
• At least 10 years estimating experience
• Degree or diploma in related field
• Proficient in SharePoint, Excel, and On Centre
• Effective communication abilities – verbal and written
• PQS (Skilled Quantity Surveyor) designation preferred
