Become part of the academic support team as a Support Services Officer at the School of Community Services. This hybrid role focuses on program administration and delivering exceptional student services.

The Support Services Officer is crucial to the successful administration of Academic Upgrading programs. You will coordinate logistics for program delivery, manage student intakes, and maintain accurate student records. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential as you interact with students, faculty, and external partners to support program operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate logistics for online and in-person program delivery
• Respond to student inquiries regarding registrations and supports
• Manage the student intake process and documentation




• Maintain accurate student records and attendance tracking
• Prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies

Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in Business Management or related field
• Minimum three years of office experience, preferably in education
• Experience with EOIS-CaMS data entry
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
