In this full-time position, you will report to the Brand Manager and focus on empowering retail teams through engaging training sessions. Your role includes in-store and online facilitation, coaching, and the continuous improvement of training strategies. You will be instrumental in creating an inspiring brand experience that translates into higher sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop impactful training programs for sales techniques and product knowledge
• Conduct workshops to improve selling skills and objection handling
• Coach store teams on applying learning to real-world situations




• Ensure comprehensive understanding of product collections and storytelling
• Measure training effectiveness through KPIs and feedback

Requirements:
• Proven experience in training and development roles
• Strong ability to customize training for different audiences
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Flexibility for 25%-50% travel and open availability
• Capability to adapt to evolving training methodologies
