As a Legal Assistant/Paralegal, you will utilize your educational background and experience to contribute to case preparation and client meetings. With a minimum of five years’ personal injury experience, you’ll be responsible for maintaining files and correspondences, while also managing client interactions effectively. Your skills in legal technology will be crucial for optimizing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and edit legal correspondence and pleadings
• Input vital case data into FileVine for management




• Coordinate questioning and mediation schedules
• Ensure court filings are accurate and timely
• Review, organize, and maintain mediation briefs

Requirements:
• Required Legal Assistant or Paralegal Diploma
• At least 5 years in the personal injury field
• Proficiency in digital legal management tools
• Solid organizational skills and self-driven attitude
• Ability to empathize and build rapport with clients
