Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial and regular health assessments
• Develop and evaluate personalized care plans
• Manage patient medications safely and effectively




• Document all nursing care tasks accurately
• Supervise Continuing Care Assistants in patient care

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing, registered in the province
• Valid CPR/First Aid Certification
• Prior experience with vulnerable populations preferred
• Supervisory skills with demonstrated evaluation abilities
• Special training in Palliative Care is an asset
