Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop student support programs effectively
• Provide in-depth case management for diverse learners




• Facilitate outreach and personalized appointments for students
• Use technology for tracking student retention and success
• Support learners from registration through to graduation

Requirements:
• Minimum three years of diploma or degree in relevant disciplines
• At least three years of experience in an educational advisory role
• Required on-site presence at the Woodroffe Campus
• Strong analytical and communication skills
