Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a key point of contact for client inquiries
• Prepare and submit Personal Property Security Act registrations
• Conduct thorough Superior Court searches
• Liaise with registries and government officials




• Support corporate filings and administrative duties

Requirements:
• Educational background in Law Clerk or Paralegal studies
• Experience in a law firm or search house is an asset
• Understanding of corporate registries and legal processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online databases
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
