This position requires a certification from an accredited Skilled Trades Ontario program and includes working underground and on surface machinery. The role involves completing vital documentation and communicating efficiently with team members across all shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and operate mining equipment proficiently
• Inspect and lubricate machinery regularly
• Document timecards and maintenance work
• Assist with hoist and shaft operations
• Educate junior mechanics on safe job practices

Requirements:
• Three years of mechanic experience preferred
• Possession of a Class A Mechanic certificate
• Skilled in diesel engine repair and welding
• Solid understanding of hydraulic systems
• Experience with low-voltage electrical schematics
