PLATO is looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to manage a full-time, in office role. You will oversee the execution of Agile methodologies, support cross-functional teams, and ensure the alignment of stakeholders’ needs. This position focuses on overcoming project impediments and enhancing data management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure team collaboration
• Remove impediments linked to policies and legacy systems
• Oversee backlog refinement for timely feature delivery
• Manage dependencies within teams and external stakeholders
• Support governance and reporting requirements
Requirements:
• 10+ years in Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead roles
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile practices
• Proven experience in migration planning and integrity controls
• Ability to track delivery using Agile metrics effectively
• Scrum Master certification and public sector experience preferred
