Become a Family Physician with Community Healthcaring Kitchener-Waterloo, improving health equity in the community. This role can adapt to part time or full-time commitments based on your availability.

The Health Centre is looking for a Family Physician to engage with a diverse client population. You will provide comprehensive medical care, educate clients, and assist Nurse Practitioners within a team-based framework. Your contributions will help address complex health challenges and reduce barriers to care faced by our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and treatment per Ontario standards
• Consult with Nurse Practitioners on specific cases
• Document patient charts and participate in case conferences




• Engage in health promotion initiatives and team meetings
• Support on-call services during evenings and weekends

Requirements:
• Medical degree and provincial certification are mandatory
• Membership in the Ontario Medical Association
• Experience with diverse populations in a team environment
• Excellent English communication skills required
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
