Lead the way in communications and philanthropy with Pacific Community Resources Society. This full time manager role focuses on enhancing internal and external communications while building philanthropic capacity.
As the Strategic Communications Manager, you will drive the communications strategy and support stakeholder engagement. Collaborate with senior leadership to align communications with PCRS’s values and enhance staff engagement initiatives. This position plays a vital role in telling PCRS’s impactful stories to the community and potential donors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead ongoing evolution of communication strategies
• Develop tools to enhance internal communications
• Oversee external messaging and brand stewardship
• Coordinate fundraising communications and donor relations
• Supervise relevant communications staff and projects
Requirements:
• Relevant degree or certification in communications
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership experience in a related field
• Familiarity with digital communication tools
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed practices
Contribute to mission-driven work that supports vulnerable communities at PCRS.
