Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead a team of HR professionals focused on performance
• Align people strategies with business goals and objectives
• Oversee the creation of training resources and HR documentation
• Coach senior leaders on effective people management practices
• Manage compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Requirements:
• 12+ years of HR experience in challenging environments
• Solid ability to influence and partner with organizational leaders
• Experience with HRIS systems essential; familiarity with UKG a bonus
• Knowledge of Canadian HR legislation and best practices
• CHRP designation or pursuit preferred
