In this role, you'll be pivotal in linking shop floor needs with technology solutions across Modern Niagara's fabrication operations. Collaborating closely with shop supervisors, estimators, and technical teams, you will manage system improvements and drive continuous improvement efforts. Your work will focus on ensuring user feedback translates into actionable tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as point of contact for fabrication tech inquiries
• Gather and communicate business requirements effectively




• Coordinate activities with internal IT and software vendors
• Ensure effective rollout of systems and process changes
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements

Requirements:
• 5+ years in Business Analyst or similar roles
• Strong understanding of MRP and production workflows
• Excellent documentation and communication capabilities
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders
• Willingness to travel for hands-on support
