Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of 40–50 engineers in aerospace and defense
• Drive product development and improve legacy systems
• Establish requirements management and verification practices
• Coordinate closely with Operations and Program Management
• Enhance overall design-for-manufacture and performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in engineering (required)
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng) status (required)
• Minimum 10 years of engineering leadership experience (required)
• Experience in defense or aerospace settings preferred
• Solid communication and technical writing skills
