Key Responsibilities:
• Operationalize data governance and ECM programs effectively
• Build classification models and improve content searchability
• Assess content for ownership and retention needs




• Partner with teams to align governance with business goals
• Monitor KPIs to ensure compliance with governance standards

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in data governance
• Degree in Data Management, Information Management, or similar
• Solid grasp of data governance frameworks
• Proven ability to convey technical concepts to stakeholders
• Leadership abilities with change management experience
